    Great post about how field services in IT are improving the three areas of response, efficiency and reliability. This really improves the workplace and helps businesses save money.

    The mobile apps are good but can you guys make it flip sideways?
    When using an iPad with an external keyboard it will not flip horizontally and it’s an inconvenience.
