Season’s Greetings From OnForce

December 15th, 2008 by peter

I wanted to take a moment to wish you all a Happy Holiday season, and to get you caught up on what’s new here at OnForce.

We recently released the OnForce Services Marketplace Index (OSMI) for the third quarter of 2008. As with previous reports, the OSMI highlights quarterly trends of onsite services within the IT and CE markets, covering volume, hourly rates, emerging technologies, geographic hot spots and more. In times of economic uncertainty, this data can provide valuable insight into the IT and CE markets - whether you are a buyer or a service professional.

Once again, on behalf of the entire OnForce organization, we wish you all a Happy Holiday and a profitable New Year!

    I agree.

Break/fix and support of existing systems will be bigger in 09.

Hopefully the trend will continue. I would also like to see higher spend limits, for skilled installations such as Wall Mounts and others requiring special tools. Often times I don’t feel we are fully compensated, while other installations are well paid.
