Toll-Free Numbers Available for OnForce IVR System

Today we’re introducing toll-free numbers that Service Providers can use to access the OnForce Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Using the IVR, Service Providers can update the status of a Work Order while they are on site.

The addition of toll-free numbers means that Service Providers can use an end user’s home phone to call into our IVR, instead of relying only on their own mobile phone. (Some of our Service Providers have told us that — shockingly — mobile phone service isn’t always available.)

The new phone numbers are:

    *Primary: (888) 209-0727*
    *Secondary: (888) 208-6840*
